JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

JOB DUTIES: Research and develop computer application software and intelligent customer service application using intelligence and natural language processing technologies. Specific duties include: gather and analyze user needs and develop DNL (Domain Natural Language) component. Perform system maintenance, project coordination, and quality assurance support. Provide support on Ntelagent and Admin GUI products. Create and manage test cases and defects via HP QC and automate via WinRunner. Audit CMMI processes and deliverables to ensure its compliance and performance. Work with technologies such as Ontology, NLP, Java/ J2EE, Prolog and Jess,etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT: Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field plus 1 year experience. We will also consider candidates with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Foreign degree equivalent based on education, training, and/or experience is also acceptable.

HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
